Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Individual contributor role
Own the micro market - For both - Demand generation and sales closure
Responsible for revenue generation through direct sales of inventory
Market Research - Understand and identify the channels that can help in demand
generation + competition identification
B2C & B2B meetings with colleges, coaching institutes for tie-ups along with students
and their parents
Planning and execution of marketing activities decided for the season
Responsible for lead generation from each channel and sales closure of the same
Vendor management
Tracking the ROI and reporting
Preferably from Education/Real estate Industry. If prior experience is in coliving, PG/Hostels
would be an added advantage, not mandatory requirement.
